ALUMNI ENGAGEMENT

Membership in Triangle is lifelong. After graduation, there are many opportunities to stay involved, live our Code of Ethics, and build yourself into a better man.

Triangle is a brotherhood for a lifetime that spans the globe and connects thousands of men with our Mission, Code of Ethics, Values, and Ritual.

For many alumni, our undergraduate days were among the best of our lives. We made lifelong friends who have shared in our triumphs and were supportive in our times of need. We learned life lessons that have allowed us to be leaders in our communities, in business, and in the family. Our alma maters may have given us knowledge, but Triangle taught us how to live with great energy, strong ethics, and passion. We must nurture the lifetime Fraternity experience of our brothers today so that we may foster the potential for success within our brothers tomorrow.

Triangle prioritizes making connections between brothers from similar geographic regions, of similar backgrounds, and in similar professional fields, regardless of their graduation date. We offer a Brotherhood for a Lifetime experience to all brothers providing opportunities in the areas of fellowship, professional development, volunteerism, and mentoring.

ALUMNI CHAPTERS

Each Triangle chapter has an alumni chapter comprised of its alumni that help the undergraduate chapter in many ways, including planning and fundraising. Alumni Chapters are the perfect way to stay up-to-date with your chapter. They also provide leadership opportunities should you want to lead a committee, plan an event and more.

AREA ALUMNI ORGS.

Area Alumni Organizations are found in numerous geographic locations and are made up of Triangles living in that area, regardless of their chapter affiliation. Alumni groups allow you to make new friends, network and stay connected to the Fraternity. Each group has officers that help keep the group running, as well as plan events.

MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT BOARDS

Each undergraduate chapter and colony needs a team of advisors in place to assist, support and mentor the undergraduate officers and general members on an ongoing basis. Most of these advisors are alumni members of the Fraternity, but a substantial number are non-members who may work at the host institution. Contact communications@triangle.org for more info.

RECRUITMENT COACH

The Recruitment 2.0 program is a new initiative from the Fraternity and a critical foundation for the program are the Triangle Recruitment Coaches (TRCs). We are seeking savvy Triangle alumni to serve in these volunteer roles to support our chapter leaders.

TRC’s provide regularly recruitment guidance to 2-3 chapters by educating them on the recruitment system, supporting a year-round recruitment philosophy, and developing and implementing technology to help drive chapter recruitment performance through measurable key performance indicators. Contact communications@triangle.org for more information.
